Please note: The Office of Continuing Professional Development cannot accredit a program retroactively. We require 30 days or more to review your application. Applications for accreditation should be submitted at least eight weeks before the start of the activity. All required documents, signatures and forms must be uploaded for the application be complete. Applications that are incomplete or submitted less than eight weeks in advance will be charged an expedited fee.
