Please note: The Continuing Professional Development Office cannot accredit a program retroactively. We require 30 days or more to review your application. Applications for accreditation should be submitted at least eight weeks before the start of the activity. All required documents, signatures, and forms must be uploaded for the application to be complete. Applications that are incomplete or submitted less than eight weeks in advance will be charged an expedited fee.
