Learning Objectives
At the end of this learning activity, the learners will be able to:
- Identify implications of, predictors of, and interpretation of chronic post-surgical pain.
- Consider mechanisms of chronic post-surgical pain and how understanding these might lead to treatment strategies
- Discuss the concept of and difficulties surrounding the study of chronic post-surgical pain.
- Review cutting-edge evidence as it relates to chronic post-surgical pain and acquire knowledge in this area.
