Certificates of attendance and receipts for CPD conferences are available after the event. Please allow roughly 5 business days. Certificates are posted in your registration profile under “my conferences” at xcdsystem.com/mcmasterchse.

The Adobe Acrobat PDF slide presentations will remain accessible for a duration of six months following the CPD activity, subject to approval from the speaker. To access these presentations, you will need to utilize a link and password provided via email from the CPD office.

The University reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient registration or any circumstances that are beyond our control. Cancellations received 14 days prior to the date of the session will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee to a maximum of $50.00. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date.

Yes, however, if you require personal support at an in-person CPD activity, the health aid provider must register in advance at the general public rate.
