This MacQIPS Virtual “QI Series” is Open to All Clinicians
This VIRTUAL series course will include 10 hours of QI teaching in 2-hour sessions from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. ET on the following dates: February 13, February 20, February 27, March 5, and March 12, 2024.
Target Audience
All healthcare professionals that are interested in Quality Improvement including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Trainees from all healthcare fields are encouraged to apply (e.g. residents, nursing students, pharmacy students etc.)
Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the fundamental principles of quality improvement.
- Incorporate quality improvement methods and tools in practice improvement at an individual and institutional level.
- Identify methods to assess the impact of a quality improvement initiative.
